Please complete a Room Request Form for each event date and time (e.g., faculty development seminar, training class, or small group session). Submit one form if the same event recurs multiple times in the course of the same semester. If you have questions about this form, please call 612-626-3882.

The AHC Learning Commons is a workplace as well as an Learning Resource. Workplace sounds such as people walking, ringing telephones, printers/copiers in use, and quiet conversations may be in surrounding areas. Please refrain from making reservations for groups that cannot tolerate this environment.

We ask that absolutely no food be brought into the AHC Learning Commons. Users may bring drinks as long as they are in closed containers. The Learning Commons is used by multiple groups, so your cooperation will help us maintain a clean and attractive learning space and ensure that all technology and equipment continue to function effectively.
