Scheduling and Use

The AHC Learning Commons has two large group spaces and three computer clusters which are available, free of charge, for Academic Health Center faculty and staff development as well as student seminars/workshops outside an academic unit's standard scheduled curriculum. After reading through the following room descriptions, please review our Room Use Policy then submit the Room Request Form using the links below.

About the Rooms:

Room 535 is a large group area that will seat about 35 people. We have 22 laptop computers and 9 desktop computers available in this room (desktop computers are located toward the rear of the room). This room also includes a projector and presenter laptop. It is a suitable choice for computer based training sessions.room 535

Room 545 is a large private room that will seat about 18-20 people. This room includes a projector and a presenter laptop. It is perfect for video conference, presentations and small group sessions.

We also have two separate clusters of computer pods. Each cluster holds four pods. This is a good option for small groups (2-8) who need access to desktop computers for development training.
